暴雨190萬公升汙水入海 夏威夷關海灘

正值旅遊旺季，可是美國夏威夷有名的威基基海灘卻一片死寂，原因出在近日暴雨讓下水道暴漲，190萬公升的污水全灌進了海裡，只要一下水就可能有染病的危險，迫使當局急忙關閉部份海灘。

救生員拿著大聲公，每10分鐘就要提醒遊客切勿下水，否則可能會遭到污水感染。夏威夷美麗的白沙海灘現在對外關閉，因為近日熱帶風暴帶來豪雨，瞬間讓排水系統失靈，還造成一座動物園淹水，分不清是糞水還是雨水，反正一併流入大海，嚇得當局趕緊關閉附近海灘，並對6.4公里長的濱水區進行水質檢測，調查受影響的範圍。

檀香山緊急服務部門發言人恩萊特：「不要冒險下水，我們還不確定水中有什麼，你可能會遭到嚴重感染，生重病甚至更糟。」

遊客：「好噁心！我不知這情況是否事前就可避免，50萬加侖，很噁心耶！」

儘管當局一再出言警告，要大家忍到危機解除才下水，不過就是有人耳根硬，還有遊客帶著小孩在水中嬉戲。

遊客：「水那麼多，一點浮物傷不了我的啦。」

遊客：「有些不說英語的遊客，不知道發生了什麼事，他們還帶嬰兒下水玩。」

除了殘枝敗葉堵塞之外，竟然還有人非法打開排水孔蓋，造成大量雨水灌入下水道，雪上加霜的是，大雨來襲時，抽水站又剛好在維護中停用，種種原因讓下水道不堪負荷，當局花了好幾個小時抽水，卻還是擋不住160萬公升的污水，滾滾流向大海。（民視新聞蒲依婕綜合報導）
