曳引車撞死自行車騎士 司機肇逃被逮

（中央社記者李先鳳花蓮縣13日電）花蓮縣秀林鄉蘇花公路崇德段今天清晨1名自行車騎士遭大型車追撞，頭顱破裂慘死，警方下午逮到肇逃的曳引車羅姓駕駛。

在鐵路局上班的溫姓男子，清晨收工後騎乘自行車返家，卻在離家約300公尺、蘇花公路南下179.7公里處遭後方同向車輛追撞，導致頭顱破裂當場死亡，肇事駕駛逃逸。

警方獲報後調閱沿途監視器，查出肇事車輛車號及車籍資料，下午在光復火車站前找到肇事的羅男，並發現他駕駛的營業貨運曳引車右前方有碰撞痕跡。

羅男稱，當時因天色灰暗，未注意前方車況，沒想到會撞到人，肇事後將車開回老家。

警方依刑法駕駛動力交通工具肇事，致人死傷而逃逸，處1年以上、7年以下有期徒刑送辦。1040813
